Statement of Faith
1. All the original texts of the Old and New Testaments are inspired by God, infallible, God's complete revelation of the plan of salvation for mankind, and the supreme authority of Christian faith and life.
2. The One True God, the Creator of mankind and all things, is absolutely perfect. The Trinity is God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit who coexist forever.
3. The Son, Jesus Christ, is fully God and fully man. He was born of the virgin Mary, and conception of the Holy Spirit, crucified for our sins, buried, resurrected on the third day, and then ascended into heaven, and now sits at the right hand of the Most High God as our High Priest and Intercessor.
4. The Holy Spirit is glorified and honored with the Father and the Son, and is fully divine. The work of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, to bring sinners to repentance, to live through us by faith, to dwell in believers, to lead, to teach, and to empower believers to live holy lives and serve.
5. Man and woman were created in the image of God. Humanity was lost due to sin and depravity. Salvation and spiritual resurrection can only be obtained through the rebirth of the Holy Spirit.
6. It is by grace that we have salvation, by faith in Jesus Christ, who shed his blood and died for our sins, and was raised for us according to the Scriptures, so that whoever believes in Jesus Christ may have forgiveness of sins, a clean conscience, be born of the Holy Spirit, become a child of God, become a new creation in Christ, and be reconciled to God.
7. Baptism and the Lord's Supper are the sacraments that the Church should observe in this world, and they are witnesses that Christians should have before God and man.
8. The universal church is made up of all those who have been saved by faith in Jesus Christ, born again by the Holy Spirit, and
joined to Christ the Head of the Church. Local churches should reflect the truths of the universal church, especially in the areas of church unity, ministry, evangelism, and membership.
9. The "blessed hope" of the return of the Lord Jesus Christ is an important key to the believer's personal life and ministry.
10. The bodies of the dead will be resurrected: believers will share in eternal happiness with the Lord, and unbelievers will be judged and punished forever.
11. All decisions of the local church should be made by the Holy Spirit, and by the direction of God's Word, all things should be glorified by submitting to the Head, Jesus Christ.
12. Since Christians are born of the Holy Spirit, they are to live a new life through the power of the Holy Spirit. The responsibility of a Christian is to obey God, trust Him and live in Christ.
13. The "Christian life" includes ministry, rescuing lost souls around us, and preaching the gospel to the ends of the earth. In all of this, we need to rely on the power of the Holy Spirit, which He gives to every believer who trusts in obedience. Prayer should be the most important thing in all ministry.
